Ramaker's Imports offers a 30-day return policy, excluding certain items.

To get a refund, customers need to provide the receipt and return the original product. For online orders, Ramaker's may provide return shipping based on circumstances—contact us to initiate a return.

Damaged products during shipping can be refunded or replaced as preferred by the customer. Sale items will be refunded at their purchased value, regardless of current sale status.
